The Good News

Jesus is Ready and Able... ...to heal every broken heart ...to remove every sin. ...to fill every one with life! What's Missing In Your Life? God loves you and wants you to experience His peace, joy and love. God created us to know Him. By our choosing to disobey Him and go our own willful way we have been separated from His presence in our lives. People have tried many ways, including good works and religion, to bridge this gap of separation. Yet they always find there's something missing. That something missing is someone-Jesus Christ. He died on the cross and rose from the grave, paying the penalty for our sin in bridging the gap between God and us. You can have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ in one word -- FAITH!

Are you willing to: 1. Admit you are a sinner. The Bible Says, "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;" Romans 3:23 2. Admit you need God's mercy and love provided in Jesus. "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." Romans 5:8 We have all committed sin in our lives: The penalty of sin is eternal spiritual death and separation from God. The Good News, or Gospel of Jesus Christ is this: Jesus Christ came down from His throne in Heaven and lived a sinless life, then sacrificed His life and shed His own blood on the Cross at Golgotha to pay the penalty for all the sins of mankind forever. Then He arose from death to live again that we might have eternal life with Him if we will only confess our sins, repent from our sin, accept His sacrifice as the payment for the penalty of our sin, and ask Him to come into our lives as our Lord and Savior. The Apostle Paul stated this fact in the Bible... "Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:" 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 3. Make the choice to receive Jesus Christ as your personal Lord and Savior as you trust His death on the cross for the payment of our sins. "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." Ephesians 2:8-9 Would you like to have your life filled with Jesus Christ so you can have the comfort of God, the joy of forgiveness and a peace of mind only Jesus Christ can give? If your answer is yes, read the prayer below and see if it says what you are feeling. How to pray: Dear Jesus, I believe that you died on the cross for my sins and that you arose from the grave. I now ask You to forgive me of my sins and to come into my life as my Lord and King and to save my soul. Amen
